Growing up my Mom and Dad cooked and my step Dad baked. Our houses were always filled with homemade staples and new creations. I loved helping in the kitchen but found I wanted to do everything myself more!
I cooked throughout college, perfecting the dishes of my childhood and coming up with new ones, too. I don’t bake as often as I am huge fan of the “add a little of this and a dash of that” philosophy, but I bake more now than I used to.

Food that is healthy yet indulgent is my favorite kind and life just wouldn’t be the same without it.
