I love to eat and I love to cook. (I also love to workout, and thank God for that!)
I would rather cook in than go out, but I do like to try new things every once in a while. When my mother-in-law sent me this recipe for mushrooms and green beans that they had tried, I knew I have to give it my own spin, and try it out.
My version has more garlic, chopped onions, and avocado oil. It’s an easy and quick side that’s delicious, healthy, and will go with almost anything. Here’s the recipe.
