This shake is a cold, creamy version of the soft and sweet banana bread we all know and love. It’s really easy to make and you probably have everything you need to make it in the kitchen right now. What’s not to love?
Banana Bread Protein Shake
- 1 frozen banana, deskinned and chopped
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup pecan halves
Just blend together in a blender and serve.
