So right off, either this sounds delicious to you, or it sounds terrible. Right? Well for me, when I first encountered this pasta side at a restaurant years ago, I thought, “Yum, that sounds delicious.” And it was. But I needed to make it at home and not have to go out to eat just to have some. And so, Tuna Pickle Pasta was born.
I used bread and butter pickles instead of dill, but you can try it both ways to see which you prefer. I love how easy this dish comes together and that you can equally taste the pickles and tuna with each bite.
